Landscape Oil Painting Course

Learn to paint with oils at the Art House Killarney with our Intermediate Painting Class. The aim of this course is to progress students, wishing to transition from acrylic, to painting with oils. In order to train the eye to see line, colour and shade correctly, equal focus will be placed on drawing and painting. A variety of styles and approaches to landscape painting will be explored and students will be encouraged to discover their own painting style through various projects. Students will study the materials, techniques and methods of oil painting in a relaxed and supportive environment. To further enhance student’s work, lessons will incorporate important artist work, colour mixing and colour theory through explanation and practice.

Starts Monday November 6th for 6 Weeks, with Artist Elizabeth Baxter.
Time: 7.00pm – 9.00pm

Age range: 16 years and over.

All materials provided.

Deposit of €30 – Full Price €140.
Remainder of the balance payable on the first class.
