Tracy is interested in the interplay between dream and reality. Her work questions the surety of perception and plays with notions of memory and observation. She often delves into and pulls apart themes of beauty, nature, the human condition and experience. Her current work is a combination of figuration, landscape and abstract elements created using acrylic, oil and encaustic painting mediums which are employed on board. Her pictorial narratives express something of the transience of the human experience as well as the fragmented nature of the world around us.
